We may retain certain personal information for an extended period of time, even when you are no longer our customer or employee (such as for tax and financial record keeping, security and fraud prevention. When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary or relevant for the purposes for which it was collected, or when its retention is no longer required by law, it is destroyed, deleted or de-identified.

We use appropriate safeguards that vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information. All of our employees who have access to personal information are trained in the confidentiality of personal information.
