Pierre Bissonnette has a strong international background with a specialization in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. Pierre is an engineer and holds an MBA from McGill University. Pierre's leadership experience includes building sales, marketing, engineering and operations teams in North America and abroad within large corporations. Pierre has always had an interest and passion for corporate social responsibility and is proud to be a co-founder of Neuro Plus Group.

Martin Prévost has been a practitioner and then a manager in the field of employability and educational support for people with disabilities for more than 30 years, ten of which were devoted solely to people with autism. He has worked with private companies as well as in the community and education sectors. He has also been a rehabilitation consultant for public and private insurers. Martin Prévost has participated in the development and implementation of three intervention models for employment support. He is also a recognized speaker, panelist and trainer.

Bruno Wicker holds a PhD in Neuroscience. Since 2014, he has dedicated a large part of his activity to the implementation of projects aimed at improving the daily life of people with autism / Aspergers, particularly in terms of socio-professional integration. In 2018 he co-founded auticonsult Canada, which he developed and led to success with Martin Prévost and Pierre Bissonnette. Bruno is a scientific expert for several associations, and President of the Scientific Committee of the John Bost Foundation for Research. Neuro Plus is the logical continuation of his mission to participate in the socio-professional integration of people with autism and, more generally, people with neurodiversity.

Oscar's academic background includes a diploma in e-commerce from HEC Montréal, an MBA in international management from Thunderbird Global Business School and a master's degree in information technology management from Tecnologico de Monterrey. He holds certifications in digital and social selling, channel management, distributor certification and other fields. Oscar excels in strategic sales management, market account management and business development, making him a versatile sales consultant and mentor to startups in the B2B, B2C and B2G sectors. His commitment to continuous improvement is evident in his certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP).

Ella Duval has been involved in education for 10 years, first as a volunteer then as a professional. In recent years she has specialized in supporting neuro-atypical populations in education and employment. With an international academic and professional background in France, Chile, Spain and Canada, Ella puts her inquisitive and dynamic nature to work on a wide range of projects. Founder of the Parlons éducations! podcast, Ella is committed to transmitting and sharing the best educational practices for a more inclusive, caring society that is proud of its diversity.

André Forget has been an administrator of Intégration TSA in Quebec City since 2019. He is a certified corporate director, Collège des Administrateurs de Société, Université Laval. He is a specialist in talent optimization for companies. He was Director of Human Resources in the mining sector, Vice President Sales and Marketing in an international industrial sector, and President of a company in the healthcare sector. He has acted as a consultant to numerous Quebec Inc. companies, particularly in the fields of work organization and leadership. Today, he devotes his energies to helping neurodiverse people find well-paid employment, and to helping companies develop different, high-performance talents.
